Before I share my card, a shout out to my niece Jaime, who is in the Navy stationed in Jacksonville, Florida learning how to do scary things with helicopters and airplanes. And Happy Veteran's Day to my nephew Danny, sister in law Maggie and mother in law, Dorann. Without our veterans, I wouldn't be sitting here today on a beautiful fall day, goofing off and not worrying about someone in the government telling me what I can't say.
Sheer talent baby!!
Starting with my tiny stash of My Mind's Eye paper left over from last year, I decided to pair it with the Lockhart Christmas Stocking. 2 hours later and here you are. A warm vintage look. Ink and junk everywhere. The View playing in the background. One happy stamper.
I colored the paper with a Copic Marker (E33 Sand White) and sponged Palette New Canvas (white) on the paper to age it. In the second picture, you can see the difference a little bit of ink made.
Supplies: Lockhart Child's Stocking #6012; Ranger Adirondack Cranberry Ink; Palette New Canvas Hybrid Ink; Copic Sketch Markers (E33, G28, G99); Stampin Up Confetti Cream and Creamy Caramel Cardstock and Copper brads. Green ribbon, Sakura Gold Gelly Roll sparkle pen and sentiment from Papertrey Ink Text Boxed stamp set.
