Well, not really.
Card Construction Details:
1. Cut hearts with my Silhouette and Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
2. Stamped solid heart with Versamark, SU's Stitched background and embossed in white.
3. Ran white cardstock through Big Shot with a Papertrey Ink impression plate.
4. Stamped sentiment (with SU Cherry Cobbler ink) from Waltzingmouse Sweetheart set.
5. Adhered smaller outline heart with slivers of dimensionals onto the stitched heart.
6. Adhered the larger heart with dimensionals on the impressed panel and that was adhered with more dimensionals onto a white card.
7. Hmm...needed something. Cookies? NO. Added pearl.
MOOD WHEN DONE = thinking of making a Valentine just for my Sihouette

This is one of my favorite cards...the impression plate adds the perfect amount of texture. So beautiful!

Ohhhh!! I bet the Toad would like this....CAS, not girly, simple yet perfect! Hmmmm.....maybe I'll have to CASE it. Wait...that would require me to clean up my area so I could create. Maybe I'll just admire instead! haha

Stunning! Now I feel like my life is incomplete because I do not have SU Cherry Cobbler paper and ink - ACK! Love the impression plate in white over a white card base. VERY classy. I hope you have a grand time at class tomorrow and don't ever keep quiet. You add such a dose of genuineness and humor to the stamping world, Joan. I avoid most forums and don't have a blog or a gallery. I just come here and let you tell it like it is while drooling over your stamping prowess! Thanks!

Love this. What a great idea--I'm thinking I could use Stitches and swirls. Never realized how striking white embossing on red CS would look.

I'm in love with your Silhouette and what you do with it too.
I do like that impression plate as well. Such a cool texture.

Lovely! I am trying very hard to convince myself that I don't need a Silhouette and this card isn't helping!

that is so pretty, love the faux stitched look and the way you framed it with the second heart, too cool! The soft texture of the background is a neat touch too!
