Saw Julie's gorgeous card HERE, and made this:
Card Construction Details:
1. Had pre stamped scrap of sentiment on white Bazzil paper on table from failed former project, so started with that.
2. Found patterned paper (this is part of a piece with stripes of different patterns and had that bit of black on the bottom). Trimmed.
3. Die cut butterfly and stamped and colored with Copics.
4. Trimmed piece of polka dot patterned paper and adhered to cheap cardstock to firm it up. Die cut with circle nestability.
5. Adhered flowered paper to polka dot paper, then sentiment strip. Added white dots on flowers. Adhered to a white card with dimensionals.
6. Adhered glitter to butterflies and added some yellow on top of glitter with a Copic. Cleaned glitter off Copic (don't recommend this technique, but it did work.)
7. Added clear Ranger Glossy Accents to body of butterflies and adhered the butterflies with the same stuff.
MOOD WHEN DONE = Grateful Julie has a clue.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko Studio Time; PTI Butterfly Dreams
Paper: Bazill textured white, PTI polka dot; other unknown paper
Ink: Memento Tuxedo
Other: A Muse Studio glitter; BV 02 and 04 and Y15 Copic markers; Glue pen; Ranger Glossy Accents; Bic White Out pen; dimesionals

Ok Friend...could you please send just a smiggin' of your mojo my way?!! I seem to be wallowing in nothingness (I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that I have a great pig sty on my desk to wallow in...)
Love the design of this!! (and I'm forever coloring over stuff with my copics, mixing ink pads and such. Figure it's all in the name of creativity!! haha!!)
I'm with you on the word verfication. Didn't realize that I had it turned on until a cyber friend was brave enough to mention it to me! The new verfication on blogger is a PAIN!!

Gorgeous card Joan!! So, what is is called when you CASE a CASE? Is that a re-CASE? Either way, I will be CASEing this! LOL
And yes, couldn't agree more about the word verification. I've been asking people to do this for ages. It's such a pain.

Oooh!! Aaah!! You did it again - - gorgeous and clever! That circle is neat-o and just love how you jazzed up your flower strip. I have to agree about the new blogger verification - - I may get to the point that I'll only try to leave some kind (on occasion :) words if I need to tell you your blog's on fire...
p.s. I do adore this sentiment, so keep using it please.

I love "Saw that, made this" it's a great expression! It perfectly and cleverly describes how one can be inspired by another's work and have your own interpretation. Your card turned out beautifully, I like it a lot.
