Christmas Wishes

Card copy I fell in love with Papertrey Ink's Merry & Bright stamp set and scooped it up as soon as I saw it.

The rest of the card uses PTI's Holiday Vintage Prints Patterned Paper, White Opal and Ruby Red Liquid Pearls.  Liquid Pearls are my latest favorite embellishment. As long as you wait for them to dry, they are so much easier and cheaper and lighter weight than many other embellishments.

For a funny discussion of how to get your Liquid Pearl dots to lay flat instead of looking like Madonna's .... oh, just go to Splitcoaststampers and check out this discussion! Make sure you read until at least post #8!!

Inside And, as you can see, I took a scrap of the red patterned paper and included it in the inside of the card.

Other supplies:  Ranger Antique Linen Distress Ink; SU Dimensionals; SU black marker; Memories Black Dye ink, circle punch.

Hope you are having a good week!

ps.  18 years ago I gave birth to my favorite child (my only!!).  Happy Birthday Andy!

I especially love this one, Joan--so festive. I like how you cut up the trees. Love my Liquid Pearls, too, but I only have them in pink. So pretty, though. Someday I'll stock up. I just wish I could find everything in one spot... Happy belated birthday to Andy!
