Joan - you colored your Oh So Lovely card with... markers?!!! Fabulous job. Very very caseworthy. I think its one of the best cards you've posted!

Bethany Paull

Great stuff! Why does the first card look like it's glowing? Just a trick of the lighting? But it is so pretty. Great coloring Joan.

Laura

Beautiful Joan...love both..they are so very different! Markers rule..you are amazing with them!

Gina K.

OMgosh Joan! Those cards are gorgeous and your coloring on the Anna-mae card is TO DIE FOR! WOW! I hope your son liked it. It's a sweet card to make for him.

Wow! I thought that I was on Debbie Olson's blog there for a minute. Then I read some of the copy and I realized that this was still the wonderfully witty Joan that I enjoy so much. Great job on the cards. Who could tell that they were last minute? Not me. Thanks for sharing.

Carolyn King

They are both gorgeous..love those beautiful flowers and the valentine is wonderful too. I used that set for my dd's valentine too...she love it (and yes, tore into the candy first too!!!)

Juanita

I'm with you on making cards as you head out the door routine!! Can't put them in the envelopes because you have to wait for the ink to dry, LOL. It does suck the life out of the fun. Your cards are beautiful and they do not look as if they were made in a hurry. Congrats for pulling it off so well! TFS.

Erin K

Joan these are beautiful! How did you get the glow on the flower one? That's amazing!

maybe you work well under pressure, the first one is just beautiful in every way, and the second one is real cool, great coloring on both!

Teresa K.

The coloring is glorious. Why don't you have marker streaks on your colored images? I have lots of marker streaks on mine. So many, in fact, that I think they look purposeful - like an artform. Let's call it "marker streaking." Like pointillism, it will soon have its own following. Yes, and I will be the mother of it: Teresa K. the mother of marker-streaking. I'm leaving now to marker streak some more images for my blog.

Rose Ann

Both of your cards are wonderful! I love your coloring too!!

Duckwaddlequack

These are both fabulous! Love your coloring and choice of stamps on each!

Joan,

I wish my last minute stamping looked as good as yours. Really great cards!

Cards in a hurry? They hardly look like it! They're both beautifully done. Oh, So Lovely is so graceful and truly one of my all time favorites, too.
